Kamani Trees, Kalani Makai and Alii Kai

These three side-by-side Kailua-Kona HI neighborhoods have somewhat different characteristics but share affordable prices and a location that is close to the ocean. Kamani Trees subdivision is hidden away, accessed from Kololia Street and features modest 2- and 3- bedroom houses with 2-car garages on (approx.) 5,000 s.f. of land. Kalani Makai and Alii Kai neighborhoods are located along Royal Poinciana (the street with the speed bumps) and are close to the ocean. Alii Kai is one of Kailua-Kona's older neighborhoods with classic single-wall construction homes. Kalani Makai (not well-known by its name) has a variety of house styles including attached duplexes and 2 homes on one lot.
